What happens to what you type: when you ask for a recommendation, the goals you enter are sent securely to our AI provider through Lovable's AI service, only to generate your division recommendation and next steps.

Is it stored? No. Traders Edge does not save your goals text in our records, and we ask the AI provider not to retain the request. Our service providers may keep limited technical logs for security and troubleshooting under their own policies.

Feedback: if you rate a recommendation, we save only your rating (helpful or not), the division that was recommended, and any optional comment you write. Your goals text is never attached.

Emailing yourself a recommendation: if you choose "Email me this recommendation", we use the address you enter only to send that one email. It isn't added to any list or saved in our records; our email delivery provider keeps standard delivery records.

Please don't share names, account numbers, balances, broker logins, or other personal or sensitive financial details. The advisor gives general guidance about our divisions — it is not financial advice.

When you submit the Start Here form we store your name, email, the division and offer you chose, and any optional details you add (organization, project summary, budget range, timeframe, platform of interest). We use these only to respond to your request and route it to the right division. A copy is emailed to our team inbox so we can reply quickly.

We never ask for broker credentials, wallet keys, or account balances.

Newsletter consent is separate and optional — it is never turned on automatically by an inquiry. If you opt in, we store your email address and when you signed up. You can ask to be removed at any time.

Live chat is provided by tawk.to. If you start a chat, your messages and any details you share are processed by tawk.to under its own privacy policy, and we may label chats with the division page you were viewing so the right team can reply.

We measure page and button activity (for example, which division was viewed) without including names, email addresses, or message contents.
